
A bit about ME and a lot for YOU!
There is a German saying that goes: “Everybody said it couldn't be done. Then someone came along who didn't know that and simply did it."
I think this describes me pretty well. When we took over the lease of Unterhabsbergerhof in 2021, I honestly had no clear expectations or master plan. I simply followed my heart and wanted to make a difference in my life. Many things turned out differently than expected, and all the twists and turns along the way have led me to where I am today. Exactly where I love being most: IN THE KITCHEN.
Learning to bake fresh bread was a long journey, but the aroma of freshly baked bread filling the house in the morning already brings a smile to many of our guests’ faces. And because I don’t want it to stop at “just” a delicious, crusty honey bread (by the way, made with the finest honey from Montiggl, produced by my dear neighbor Helmut), I put a lot of thought and creativity into what I do.
To keep it a special experience, I won’t reveal too much. Let me just say this: It will be a little journey of indulgence and discovery.
