Unterhabsbergerhof is an inn full of history and time. It has been carefully and elegantly renovated into eight spacious and unique suites and rooms, where modern design meets rural old buildings. A restful night is followed by a joyful awakening – just be curious!

Our house is surrounded by green nature. Immersed in the idyll of Lake Monticolo with the surrounding forest and nature reserve, it’s the perfect place to relax. The only noise? Nature! In and around the house, everything was planned and decorated with a lot of love. Barbara’s passion for her Unterhabsbergerhof is obvious at every corner!

It’s said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Following that lead, I lovingly prepare a delicious breakfast for my guests every day. I don’t follow a strict plan but cook and bake whatever I’m in the mood for. This way, it never gets boring, because every morning, freshly prepared delicacies await our guests - always made with regional and high-quality ingredients.
